Orders & Payment

$150 | Opening order minimum

$75 |  Reorder Minimum 

Minimum of 6 per SKU for individual cards

Minimum of 3 per SKU for other products

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Existing customers may inquire about approval for Net 30 terms. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current customers will be informed of price changes before their order is shipped.

Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges 

Cancellations or changes to your order should be submitted by email or phone within 24 hours that your order is placed. Incorrect orders or returns must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before making a return.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock you will be notified. Once an item is back in stock we will ship it immediately.

Shipping 

Shipping charges will be included on your final invoice and will be charged at the time of shipment. If you would like for your FedEx account or UPS to be charged please include the account details when the order is purchased. 

International Shipping: Any additional fees related to shipping or export/import cost will be covered by the retailer and are not included in the shipping cost. Paper Rehab is not responsible for any carrier delays.

Packaging 

Paper Rehab products are required to be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. If special bar codes are required for your store please indicate that on your order.

Online Retailers

Online retailers must credit Paper Rehab in their product description and suggested retail prices must be observed. Resale of Paper Rehab products is not permitted on eBay, Amazon, Etsy or similar platforms.

Acceptance of Terms

Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms. We reserve the right to terminate wholesale accounts that are not in compliance. When you place an order with Paper rehab you are confirming that you have reviewed and agree to the listed wholesale terms and conditions.
